Cards of Judgment: Light vs. Darkness
“Cards of Judgment: Light vs. Darkness” is a 1v1 strategy card game centered on turn-based card battles. Players will represent the light and engage in battles against the darkness. Each turn, two cards can be used, which can either affect oneself or the opponent. The game revolves around mechanisms such as attack, defense, charging up, counterattack, and recovery. Players have a higher base attack power, while the enemy has a higher health value. Cards cover various types including attack, enhancement, defense, and control, such as ordinary and advanced attacks, charging up for a burst, shield protection, health recovery, and a counterattack mechanism that can redirect damage. Under the simple and intuitive rules, there lies a layer-by-layer tactical space.
Meanwhile, the enemy is not a fixed numerical target with a set pattern. Instead, they follow the same card rules and combat mechanisms as the player, and will also use ordinary and advanced attacks, charged bursts, shield protection, life recovery, and counterattack methods that redirect damage to fight back. It is precisely because the enemy and the player are completely equal in terms of mechanisms that each card played is not only the execution of a strategy but also an anticipation and response to the opponent's next move.
Through meticulous design of card appearance probabilities and values, the game maintains a balance between offense and defense. It not only encourages the construction of aggressive decks but also retains the high-risk decisions brought by counterattacks and counter-harm. The battles emphasize card combinations and timing judgments: whether to steadily accumulate advantages or to lay out in advance and build up momentum to deliver a fatal combo in the crucial round; whether to build a defense line for oneself or to inversely utilize cards to make the enemy suffer the consequences. Due to the fact that card effects can be used in either a positive or negative way, every card played involves a trade-off between risk and reward, making every battle full of uncertainty and strategic depth.
Introduction to Card Types

1-Normal Attack Card : Deal base attack damage.
2-Advanced Attack Card : Deal 1.5× base attack damage.
3-Charge Card : Skip this turn. Deal double damage next turn.
4-Heal Card : Restore 20 HP.
5-Shield Card : Gain 5 Shield for 1 turn.
6-Transfer Card : Negate enemy damage this turn and reflect it.
